How to check if your pages are accessible:

Use an HTML validator such as the W3C's validation service
Use an accessibility checker, such as CAST's Bobby
Turn off images, scripting languages, multimedia, and frames on your browser; remove or don't use your mouse, and test your pages
Ask other users to test your pages for accessibility
