Designing for Universal Accessibility with HTML 4.0

On December 7, 1998, HWG President Kynn Bartlett was scheduled to present at the FedWeb December 1998 Tutorials in Bethesda, Maryland. Unfortunately, the December Tutorials were cancelled; however, the presentation slides (in HTML), URL hotlist, and tutorial handout document are presented here for your enjoyment.

Copies of the handout were also made available to attendees of the Builder.com Live! session on Accessible Web Design, held on 9 December 1998 in New Orleans.
