   1. Ownership of the work: who retains copyright?
   2. Business relationship: are you/they subcontractors or employees?
   3. Payment terms: details of how you get paid!

   Yes. The HTML Writer's Guild has a standard contract you can use as a starting point for creating your own contract. You will need to format and customize the contract to suit your individual needs. The contract is available at:
